Ok, I missed Day 55, but I took a ton on day 56… So for day to make up for not taking any pictures here is a way cute one:
Riley’s boots!
He wears these EVERYWHERE! Mom got these for him the last day we were in Hotchkiss… would you believe we need to take them to the shoe repair place because he’s worn the heal down to the cork and the sole almost off? He’s really put the miles on them!
Riley LOVES horses. LOVES them… that was one of the reasons for this crazy trip. He’s really enjoying getting to see them every day, and ride them a lot.
Mom’s having him work on balance. If you look closely you will see that he’s standing up, with his heals down! Good job Riley!
We finally made it! This is a crazy thing I sewed before we left… it didn’t work out as well as hoped, but I got a really cute picture of Beka anyway.
It was so hot this day that we let the kids run in the sprinklers.
